The second part of ITV's Extraordinary Twins airs this evening as the programme looks into the lives of more conjoined twins.

It's also the final episode of the latest Supervet series as Noel Fitzpatrick helps out a few more furry friends.

Martin Clunes is back with more animal escapades in his ITV series, while Ranvir Singh and her team come to the aid of another family in Eat Shop Save.

Ranvir Singh meets with another family hoping to get fitter and save money.

The presenter and her team of experts, nutritionist Dale Pinnock, shopping expert Kate Hardcastle and personal trainer Marvin Ambrosius, help out a family in North Wales to curb their supermarket spending and to combat the carb heavy convenience food.

In the final episode of the series Noel Fitzpatrick helps out Goldendoodle Angus who has nerve damage after falling 20 metres.

There's also springer spaniel Rocky whose elbow operation had left him struggling to walk.

Martin Clunes: My Travels and Other Animals - 8.30pm - ITV

The actor is off on more adventures for another instalment of the compilation series.

He visits Australia's Ningaloo reef to swim with the world's biggest fish, the whale shark. Elsewhere Down Under on Phillip Island he learns about the successful and large breeding colony of the world’s smallest penguin species, the fairy penguin.

There's also a stop in Madagascar where he's shown round a refuge for lemurs.

Extraordinary Twins - 9pm - ITV

The second episode of the two-parter sees the Torres family find out about more conjoined twins as parents Nick and Chelsea try to decided what decision to make for their twins Callie and Carter.

They learn how 18-year-old twins Sohna and Mohna from Amritsar in India handle being joined together.

The young men are training in electrical engineering and have observed their unique situation of having four hands means they can work at a greater speed than others.

Escape to the Chateau: Make Do and Mend - 9pm - Channel 4
