Pastry chefs begin to battle it out in new a series of Bake Off: The Professionals tonight as they whip up some mouth-watering confections.
While the weather at the moment may not be reflective of the season, nature lovers will be pleased to learn Springwatch is back too.

Bake Off: The Professionals - 8pm - Channel 4
A new horde of chefs are welcomed into the kitchen as they aim to be named the best patisserie team in Britain.

They must create 24 items of two miniature classics, the Tarte Piémontaise and the Jaffa Cake.
Experts Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden are back to judge alongside returning presenters Tom Allen and Liam Charles.
Springwatch - 8pm - BBC Two
Springwatch returns with presenters Chris Packham, Michaela Strachan, Iolo Williams and Gillian Burke appearing in different locations around the UK.
Chris and Michaela are at Wild Ken in Norfolk looking at birds while Iolo's investigating the red deer in Scotland.
Elsewhere, Gillian dips into Strangford Lough in Northern Ireland.
The Money Maker - 9pm - Channel 4
For the final episode of the series, entrepreneur Eric Collins visits a mobile barbers in need of a boost.

Hospital - 9pm - BBC Two
This episode explores Coventry University Hospital's busy maternity unit as lockdown has lead to a baby boom.
The unit also holds a specialist Tommy’s National Centre for Miscarriage Research, which is one of only four in the UK.
One in four women estimated to experience at least one miscarriage and there is currently no known cause found in half of all miscarriages, but consultant obstetrician Professor Siobhan Quenby wants to change things.

It's Medical Drugs under the microscope in the second episode of the series looking at medical advancements that changed lives.
