BBC News presenter caught yawning

BBC News presenter Ben Brown has apologised after he was caught yawning on-air.

During Sunday afternoon's broadcast, the newsreader could be seen yawning as the camera unexpectedly cut to him.

Brown responded to the funny moment with a tweet.

"Apologies for this dear viewers - I was at the end of a long shift after a 5am start when the director cut to me by mistake," he wrote.

"The perils of live TV!"
