The saying “the apple never falls far from the tree” has never been truer for Kate Moss and her daughter, Lila.
In Lila Moss’ recent headshots, the 16-year-old looks the spitting image of mother.
Kate, 45, shared her daughter’s headshots on her modelling agency’s Instagram account.
For a long time, Lila stayed mostly removed from the public eye, but last year she was signed as the face of Marc Jacobs Beauty.

On first glance, the similarities between mother and daughter aren’t that apparent. But, when you compare Lila’s pictures with the headshots of a younger Kate Moss, there’s a striking resemblance.
Alongside her Marc Jacobs Beauty signing, last year Lila also appeared on the front cover of Dazed Magazine, which is owned by her father, Jefferson Hack.
Having a supermodel Mum must come in quite handy for Lila, who wants to pursue a similar path.
“She tells me to always make (my make-up look) natural and she loves curling her eyelashes. Everyone finds that a bit scary but I do it every day because of her.” Lila recently revealed to Allure.

This isn’t the first time eagle-eyed fans have noticed the similarities between the two.
Earlier this year at Marc Jacobs’ wedding the mother-daughter duo looked like two peas in a pod.

Marc Jacobs has been good friends with Kate Moss for many years and took to his Instagram page to share how he came to meet Lila.
“At just 6 years old, Lila’s strong character, demeanour and great beauty was already very apparent. The next time I saw Lila was in August of 2011 at Kate’s wedding, her character was even more dynamic and her beauty even greater.”
