Stacey Solomon has admitted she is “devastated” to be losing her baby bump, saying she feels “empty and hollow”.

The 29-year-old TV presenter gave birth to a baby boy one month early on Friday and has won praise for the raw and real pictures she shared of herself after the birth.

Solomon has posted yet another candid shot of partner Joe Swash kissing her baby bump, post-birth, while she is wearing disposable hospital pants.

The Loose Women presenter hit out at the pressure on women to get their “pre baby body” back as she confessed she was missing her baby bump and was “devastated” to see her belly shrinking.

Solomon wrote: “I’ve lost it today. I really miss my bump and baby being inside me. I don’t feel I appreciated it enough while I was pregnant and now it’s over...

“For all of the people who asked me how excited I was to get my pre baby body back? I hate these questions. They’re pointless. And not important or relevant.

“No one knows how they’re going to feel and what we look like after birth is the very least of our worries. The truth is I’m devastated that my belly is shrinking by the day. I wish it could stay around for a little longer. I feel empty and hollow. Not to mention like I’ve been punched in the vagina.”
