George Michael's ex-partner 'refusing to leave star's home'

George Michael's ex-partner Fadi Fawaz is reportedly "squatting" in the late star's £5m central London home after ignoring legal letters telling him to leave, according to the Daily Mail.

The paper claimed Fawaz, 45, has been living in the mews house in Regent's Park since the Wham! singer died in December 2016.

A source close to George's family told The Sun: "Fadi is being a real pain about all this. He has refused to leave despite several letters and requests in the last 18 months. He is blanking them out and it appears he now has squatters rights.

"It's been going on for such a long time that it's hard to know what to do next. The lawyers are seeing what can be done. It would be a lot easier if Fadi just upped sticks and left."

The paper said Fadi refused to comment and that no one from the singer's estate was available to speak.
