The Prodigy has paid tribute to their security man Con who has died just one month after the band’s main singer Keith Flint committed suicide.

The electronic music band posted various pictures of Con referring to him as “superman” and “the greatest loyal friend” in their emotional post on Twitter.

The band’s tribute said: “You always had our backs and looked after us for years , you got us out of many sticky situations on tour , you were a truly great man , in fact you were actually Superman – the people that knew you will understand what I’m sayin….

The circumstances of Con’s death are currently not known.

Social media users have left their own tributes following the tragic news, Dawn Doyle wrote on Twitter: “Another loss for The Prodigy.

“You will come back stronger and carry these loved ones with you on stage and on tour.”

Sarah Trebilcock wrote: “Rest in peace, he seemed a lovely person. I remember him from the gigs.Rest in peace.”

The Prodigy frontman Keith Flint died at home in Essex on March 4.

According to the coroner in Chelmsford, the provisional medical cause of death was hanging.

Music fans flocked to Essex on March 29 to bid farewell to Keith and a huge crowd of people danced in the streets as his coffin was taken from a local church.
