Matthew McConaughey's three kids make rare (and stylish) red carpet appearance

Chic style runs in the family.

Matthew McConaughey was flanked by a gorgeous entourage this week at the Texas Medal of Arts Awards: His mum, wife and children were all by his side as the actor accepted his gold medal.

While McConaughey and wife Camila Alves both looked stunning, the real fashionistas were their kids. Little Livingston, 6, donned a dapper black tux, 10-year-old Levi wore a strapping three-piece suit, and Vida, 9, looked lovely in lavender.

Texas-born McConaughey still lives in the Lonestar State, where he was raised by mum Kay and his late father, James. The 87-year-old couldn't stop smiling on the red carpet in a knee-length black number.

Meanwhile, the always-stylish Camila opted for a floral gown. The couple will celebrate their nine-year anniversary this summer.

McConaughey, who won Best Actor at the 2014 Academy Awards, did not attend this year's Oscars ceremony, but his break from the public eye will soon come to an end. His film The Beach Bum co-starring Snoop Dogg and Isla Fisher, is out this month.
