Gemma Collins has confirmed she’ll be strapping on her skates once again to take part in Dancing On Ice this weekend, following her epic fall last weekend.

The Only Way Is Essex star took a nasty tumble during her routine on Sunday night, which found her left with a badly swollen knee.

Video of the swelling was posted online by her boyfriend James ‘Arg’ Argent, as well as footage of her at a curry house with her leg up and a bag of ice packed around the injury.

The following day, she was pictured leaving her house in a wheelchair.

But in a post to her Instagram page, she told her 1.2 million followers that she’d be back in training soon and has been having physio following the spill.

Giving the peace sign from a hospital trolley, she captioned: “Be back Sunday guys don’t worry. Nothing is going to stop me.”

“Your support is overwhelming and keeping me going #nopainnogain @dancingonice. Physio is going well and will be ok.”

Yesterday, Arg slammed viewers who have accused her of ‘faking’ her fall.

“Anyone who thinks Gemma faked the fall and risked life-threatening injuries is an idiot,” he said.

“She had a feeling that something was going to go wrong on the night… and she was right!”

He later added on Instagram: “When I saw her fall like that face-first, I honestly thought she might be unconscious or lost some teeth.

“The way she got up & carried on was AMAZING!!! You worked so hard this week & improved so much!”

Collins has now said that she ‘passed out’ during the routine.

“It definitely wasn’t faked, one million per cent. If they knew the pain I am in with my knee, they would understand,” she told The Sun.

“I didn’t fall, I passed out. I was just going and then, next thing, on the ground. What is scary is my teeth could have been smashed out.

“It was so weird. I don’t think I tripped, I think I blacked out.”

Collins has also found a new fan in Good Morning Britain’s Piers Morgan, who commended her on getting up after the fall, and defended her after Twitter users mocked her.
