Hilarious moment squirrel is caught spinning from bird feeder

Hilarious footage captured in the US shows a squirrel spinning madly from a garden bird feeder.

According to the homeowner, Jon Haefner of Granby Connecticut, the squirrel was latched on and spinning for almost two minutes while trying to grab bird seed.

Concerned that the rodent might "go forever" he went into the garden to try to free the creature but the squirrel fell off and "staggered to the closest tree."
