Man heckles London traffic and pedestrians with megaphone

London has always had its share of eccentrics, though in the past they tended to congregate at Speakers' Corner in Hyde Park.

However pedestrians, drivers and cyclists in the busy Blackfriars area of the capital were recently heckled by a bossy individual with a megaphone.

And naturally somebody decided to capture the event on their smartphone.
