There's some exciting news on the horizon for Pirates Of The Caribbean fans - it looks like Keira Knightley is jumping aboard the franchise again.
Keira, who played Elizabeth Swann in the first three swashbuckling adventures, was absent from the fourth instalment, 2011´s Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, but has apparently been spotted secretly filming scenes for the upcoming fifth film.
According to MailOnline, the 31-year-old was seen on set on Australia's Gold Coast, although TooFab reports that her role in Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales is described as a "small cameo during the end credits".
However, it's thought that the brief return of Elizabeth in Pirates five could hint at a full-scale comeback for the sixth film, something that Keira had previously said she wouldn't do.
She had told Uproxx: "They are amazing people, but I've always wanted to act because I like changing. I sort of feel like I've done the pirating thing, as wonderful as it was, and it was amazing."
Dead Men Tell No Tales sees lead character Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) facing his old enemy Captain Salazar (Javier Bardem) and will also see Orlando Bloom back again as Will Turner.
The film is slated for release on May 26.
