X Factor's Honey G has challenged fellow outsider and star of Strictly Come Dancing Ed Balls to a dance off.
The pair have beaten expectations in their respective competitions, with many people speculating whether the surprising election of Donald Trump and Britain's shock decision to leave the EU was a sign of things to come.
They clashed this week as former Labour MP Ed was asked about the X Factor rapper and said he "was not sure what to say", adding: "All I will say is that I think I am getting better."
His comments prompted Honey G to hit out at Ed and say "haters are always gonna hate".
However, she ramped up the battle of the novelty acts on Saturday night when - following her performance - she asked Ed for a dance off.
"I would like to challenge Ed balls to a dance off. He knows where I am."
Viewers definitely want to see this happen.
And with Strictly easily beating The X Factor in the Saturday night ratings battle, Honey G may be the answer ITV is looking for.
