Zoe, 33, had planned a water birth, but revealed to Hello! that following a gruelling labour, Luna was delivered with forceps.

She said: "They don't call it labour for nothing. I felt really quite traumatised afterwards. It was hardcore. It took me a while to process it... I cried a lot about it."

"Next time around I'll just have an epidural and a cup of tea," she added.

The couple are good friends with Mike and Zara Tindall and Paul revealed: "They're over the moon for us."

Zoe is loving being a mother and marked her baby being one month old on Instagram with a photograph and the touching caption: "One month with you. Can't believe I spent 33 years without you. My beautiful little girl."
