Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner will make a grand entrance at the BFI London Film Festival for the premiere of their new film Arrival.
Amy stars as a professor of linguistics enlisted by the US government to decipher the language of extraterrestrials who have made contact in the sci-fi film.
Jeremy plays the scientist who accompanies her on a mission to determine the purpose of their visit.
The pair are both expected to walk the red carpet in the capital.
Arrival is directed by French-Canadian film-maker Denis Villeneuve, who is responsible for drug thriller Sicario and drama Prisoners.
The film will be released in UK cinemas on November 11.
