She's known for her hilariously acerbic tongue, and Sharon Osbourne didn't hold back when discussing Mick Jagger and his private parts.
While appearing on US panel show The Talk, she spoke about the Rolling Stones rocker, who is currently awaiting the birth of his eighth child with girlfriend Melanie Hamrick.
At 29 years old, the ballerina is 44 years younger than Sir Mick, who recently turned 73.
Speaking of the couple's news, Sharon, 63, said: "The thing that gets me is that at 73 his face is so wrinkly.
"All I do is I think his genitalia must be so wrinkly... it must be hanging, wrinkly and grey."
She went on: "I just couldn't think of anything worse. Because you look up and that is wrinkly and you look down and that is wrinkly, and that is like 'no'."
Sharon, who is recently set to return to The X Factor as a judge, added that the father-to-be will have to be pushed around in a wheelchair soon.
Sheryl Underwood, Sharon's co-star, then joked: "One hand on the stroller, and one hand on the wheelchair!"
Sir Mick, who is a great-grandfather, has seven children - Karis, Jade, Elizabeth, James, Georgia, Gabriel and Lucas - whose ages range from 45 to 17.
The news of came just two months after Rolling Stones guitarist, Ronnie Wood, became a father again at 68 after his wife Sally Humphreys gave birth to twin girls.
Sir Mick and and Melanie began dating after the suicide of L'Wren Scott in 2014, the rocker's partner of 13 years.
His latest child will be his eighth with five different women: he has a son, Karis Hunt Jagger, 45, from his relationship with Marsha Hunt and a daughter Jade Jagger, now 44, with his ex-wife Bianca.
He has four children with his ex-partner Jerry Hall - Elizabeth, 32, James, 30, Georgia, 24, and Gabriel, 19.
He also had a son, Lucas, 17, following a brief relationship with Brazilian model Luciana Gimenez. The liaison ended Sir Mick's 22-year-relationship with Hall, who is now married to media mogul Rupert Murdoch.
