Could Dot Branning and Patrick Trueman be set for the unlikeliest romance ever on Albert Square?

The EastEnders stalwarts will share some awkward scenes when Patrick (Rudolph Walker) begins to think widow Dot (June Brown) has developed feelings for him.

It all starts when meddling Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) suggests Dot might have a sweet spot for him, and is made worse when the laundrette worker invites him over for dinner.

Of course, it's only a friendly thing for Dot - whose late husband Jim was Patrick's best friend - but Patrick gets the wrong idea and thinks it's a date.
