David Beckham has said it was "great" filming Sky Sports' new advert ahead of the forthcoming Premier League season.
In the video uploaded to his Facebook page on Thursday, the former Manchester United and England player is seen going for a jog only to find himself running through months of football.
The global superstar is seen celebrating a Man Utd goal and he even dashes in and out of a pub where supporters are watching a game.
David accompanied the video, which already has over 55 million likes, with a message hailing the Premier League. "This season is going to be so exciting and there is going to be more Premier League matches than ever before on Sky Sports," he said.
The footballer, who has worked with Sky since 2013, said: "Anything can happen in the Premier League and this ad by Sky is a really fun way of showing that.
"Filming the ad was great and the finished piece is a really clever way of showing that you never know what might happen in football. I always enjoy working with Sky Sports and I'm proud to be associated with their football coverage."
The advert was filmed across London (including Arsenal's Emirates Stadium), Derbyshire and Manchester. Filming took over 70 hours and 500 extras were used throughout the advert, including a special guest role for one dog.
