Dwayne Johnson stars as the demigod Maui in new Disney movie Moana - and his character bears more than a passing resemblance to The Rock himself.
The first teaser trailer for Moana, an animated feature set in the South Pacific, has been released and it looks every bit as exciting as Disney fans hoped.
The Rock plays Maui, who introduces himself and his exploits. The demigod is a legendary figure in many cultures.
And the resemblance did not go unnoticed...
Maui opens the clip by enthusiastically explaining - and demonstrating - how he used his magical fish-hook to slow down the Sun and create islands from the floor of the ocean.
But he is watched by the sceptical Moana, voiced by newcomer Auli'i Cravalho, who looks unimpressed at his story-telling.
The film's score will include tracks from Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda, who on Sunday won the Tony Award for best score of a musical.
Moana is a teenager who teams up with Maui to sail the open ocean on an action-packed voyage.
The first trailer has left fans seriously impressed.
