Sykes, 45, split from roofing contractor Jack Cockings, who was 16 years her junior, just seven months after their wedding at Sherborne Castle in Dorset in 2013.

She also said the experience has not put her off meeting someone else, telling the magazine: "No. I love men - I think they're great. It's silly to say I'll never be in a relationship.

Skyes, who is celebrating 20 years in the television industry, has recently moved into a new London flat with her sons Roman, 13, and Valentino, 11, from her first marriage.
