Meghan Trainor made a painful-looking tumble to the floor while performing her new single on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday.
After acing the energetic dance routine to her quirky new track Me Too, the singer lost her footing in the final moment and ended up bringing the microphone down with her as she vainly struggled for something to hold her up.
Cheers from the audience quickly turned to concern as Meghan lay flat on her back, but she made it known she was okay with two thumbs up.
Choosing to style out the trip, she remained on the floor as host Jimmy came over to chat - and ever the gentleman, he chose to lay beside the obviously mortified 22-year-old.
"I'm so sorry," she could be heard whispering to him.
Jimmy helped her up to a standing ovation from the audience.
"Almost, almost. Every single dance move, grabbing the mic is the toughest," he consoled her.
She saw the funny side eventually, cracking a huge smile with Jimmy and tweeted fans that she wasn't hurt in the slip.
Earlier this week she made headlines when she pulled the video to Me Too after her waist had been digitally altered.
She told fans on Snapchat: "They photoshopped the c*** out of me and I'm so sick of it and I'm over it, so I took it down until they fix it. My waist is not that teeny."
