Bake Off Creme de la Creme judge Cherish Finden is nothing if not strict - this is the woman who made her own yellow cards to scold the contestants, remember?
Cherish, who's the executive pastry chef at The Langham hotel, has earned herself a no-nonsense reputation and some less than kind comparisons.
But she wasn't about to let standards slip as this week we had complaints that nuts were "not quite uniform" and petit-gateaux were poorly-glazed.
But all hell broke loose when she cracked out the big guns on the teams' Saint Marc slices: her ruler.
And poor Sajeela's team from the London Hilton took the brunt of her disappointment with slices ranging from 3.2cm to 2.5cm.
She may be short but Cherish quite possibly the most intimidating judge Bake Off viewers had ever seen.
But it seems Cherish has discovered the secret to Mary Berry's popularity, because as soon as she started downing the Lake District whisky off Mark's teams desert, everyone softened.
Because secretly, everyone adores Cherish.
