Car narrowly avoids being flattened by barrier knocked down by truck in China

Footage from China shows the moment a height restriction barrier is knocked down by a truck, narrowly avoiding a passing car.

The passing vehicle can be seen dodging the collapsing barrier by inches as it overtakes the lorry.

The truck driver was fined and detained for 15 days.
