Double amputee Billy Monger’s racing return confirmed

Teenage racer Billy Monger is set to compete in his first race since losing both of his legs.

Monger, 18, will race at Oulton Park this weekend in the BRDC British Formula 3 Championship, driving for Carlin Racing, which he has tested with extensively over the winter.
