Last Sunday AOL Cars headed to the annual Goodwood Revival race meeting, and couldn't help but admire some of the cars in the designated classic car park.
The Goodwood Revival is – or should be - a highlight for nearly every motorsport fan out there, with incredibly valuable Ferrari 250 GTOs, AC Cobras and so many others all being competitively raced around the historic track.
Despite the amazing racing though, there were plenty of mouth-watering vehicles in the car park. Some of the most beautiful and rare cars ever made were all just parked up in a muddy field in West Sussex.
Highlights included a Mercedes 300 SL Gullwing, a Ferrari 275 GTB and a Lamborghini Miura, all of which were privately owned and parked up with no ropes around them. There were hundreds of cars on display, which made whittling down our top 10 finds extremely difficult.
But in short, mooching around the classic car park was probably our highlight from the Sunday we spent at the Revival.
