Russian father dangles baby out of car window at high speed

A father in Russia has filmed himself driving his car at high speed — whilst dangling his kid out of the window.

Known only as Roman R from Zelenogorsk in Siberia, he can be seen in the video driving his highly modified BMW 6 Series with one hand on the wheel, and the other wrapped around his baby outside of the window. The video is titled —rather aptly — as "No Seat".
