A BMW has crashed on the Nurburgring after being caught out by the famously dangerous Schwedenkreuz corner.
A BMW 135i coupe can be seen going far too fast on the sharp section of the Nordschleife circuit in Germany. The back end then loses control, meaning the car veers off the track and then ploughs into a metal barrier.
Smoke can then be seen pouring from the nearside of the 306bhp coupe. Because of the impact of the crash, the car's brakes no longer appear to work as the car skids across the sharp Aremberg corner of the infamous circuit and only comes to a stop once it hits the barrier at the other side of the track.
At the end of the video, both sides of the car are displaying wounds from the crash as it sits in the gravel at the edge of the track.
