Jaguar E-Pace sets world record at its debut
This is the incredible moment the all-new Jaguar E-Pace completed a mid-air corkscrew during its international debut.
The car was unveiled to a star studded audience, which included David Gandy, Sienna Miller and a live music set with Pete Tong.
Terry Grant, who drove the car, decided to recreate the James Bond-like stunt that was originally seen in The Man With the Golden Gun. The car barrelled successfully in front of more than 270 guests and has successfully set a new Guinness World Record.
Speaking to The Sun, he said: "As far as I am aware, no production car has ever cleanly completed a bona fide barrel roll and therefore it has always been an ambition of mine to perform one ever since I was a boy."
The night was designed to celebrate Jaguar's all-new compact SUV, which is likely to compete against the Audi Q3, Mercedes GLA and BMW X1.
