A go-faster version of Jaguar's successful F-Pace SUV has been spied testing at the Nurburgring.
Video footage posted online shows a camouflaged F-Pace being put through its paces on the notorious Nordschleife circuit, where it creates the sort of noise that would make any petrol-head weak at the knees.
Jaguar has not yet confirmed the existence of the hot F-Pace, which is thought to be called the SVR, and the British brand certainly hasn't told us which engine powers the fast 4x4.
From the glorious soundtrack in this footage, however, it seems that the newcomer will use the same 5.0-litre supercharged V8 petrol engine found in the F-Type SVR. That unit pushes out around 543bhp and should permit a 0-60mph time of less than five seconds.
You can see the F-Pace at full chat in the video below, and our advice is to turn up the volume and enjoy.
