A motorist's skilful moose-dodging manoeuvre has been captured on dashcam.
The video, which appears to have been recorded in Canada, shows the driver heading down a snow-covered road, when four moose appear in his path.
The driver starts to brake, but his car begins to skid on the slippery surface. Realising he's about to lose control, the driver lifts off the brakes and tries to swerve between the huge animals.
Much to his obvious relief, the driver manages to slip between two of the moose, totally avoiding any impact.
It was a lucky escape for both the man and the animals. Male moose can weigh in excess of half a tonne and have been known to kill people when colliding with cars.
