Failed overtake causes two BMW race cars to crash at the Nurburgring

The famous Nurburgring Nordschleife circuit didn't earn the nickname The Green Hell for nothing.

It's 13 miles of twisting, turning Tarmac through the Eifel mountains in Germany that has claimed many lives since it was built.
