A group of good Samaritans worked together to create a human chain to rescue a driver after a crash.
The incident took place in Florida on Sunday. A woman called police to report that a car had crashed down an embankment and the driver was trapped inside.
Passers-by jumped down to help two police officers pull the driver from the vehicle as flames began to take hold of the engine.
After pulling the driver through the rear window, the men struggled to drag him away from the burning wreckage.
The police called for those stood nearby to form a human chain and a number of people linked arms to reach the rescuers, pulling them to safety.
The man was treated at the scene by Palm Bay Fire Rescue before being taken to Holmes Regional Medical Centre in Melbourne suffering from minor injuries.
