Model S owner fighting Tesla after claiming his car crashed itself

A Model S owner has clashed with Tesla following a crash in which he claims his car accelerated by itself. The Californian carmaker says logs show the driver pressed the accelerator.

The incident occurred in Florida last month, when the owner's wife was parking outside a gym. CCTV footage, seen below, shows the electric car slowly pulling into a parking space before suddenly accelerating into the building.
