A couple had a miraculous escape in China's Zhejiang province recently after their car was t-boned by a huge articulated lorry.
A nearby CCTV camera caught the moment that the black SUV sped across a junction in the city of Hangzhou, while a lorry and trailer were approaching from another direction.
Unable to stop in time, the lorry ploughed into the car, spinning and crushing it against the low wall of a bridge in front.
Still moving, the heavy lorry appears to drive up and over the rear of the car, while the front ends up wedged under the forward section of the trailer.
Incredibly, the occupants of the car were reported to be relatively unhurt in the incident. It is unknown who had the right of way at the junction, nor if there were any traffic control measures in place.
