Police Taser driver attempting to flee with officer clinging to 4x4

Durham Police revealed that it was forced to use a Taser on a suspect who was trying to speed away from the scene with an officer desperately clinging to the bonnet of a pick-up truck.

The officer was attempting to arrest the driver after a high-speed pursuit through a Darlington housing estate ended when the suspect vehicle went off road and became stuck in mud.
