Single-car garage in Chelsea sells for £360,000 at auction

A single-car garage located in the exclusive London borough of Kensington and Chelsea has sold at auction for the incredible sum of £360,000.

The tiny garage, which measures just 146 square foot, had a guide price of £180,000 when listed by Savills auction house. However, when it went on sale on Tuesday it surpassed expectations and surprised auctioneers, with strong bidding pushing the price up to double the expected figure.
