Fiat drives on the wrong side of the road in Staffordshire

A shockingly bad piece of driving has been caught by dashcam in Cheadle, Staffordshire.

To clarify what occurs, a red Fiat overtakes the camera car on the wrong side of a traffic island, narrowly dodging queued vehicles on the other side. To add insult to injury, it doesn't even appear that the driver exercised any caution or due planning in taking the manoeuvre: instead just plunging in and hoping for the best.
