Unlicensed motorist caught on camera crashing into learner

An unlicensed driver who led police on a 130mph car chase was caught on camera crashing into a learner driver at high speed.

Charles Dodkins, 22, took his father's BMW 3-Series without permission and was soon spotted by officers travelling through Stockton. Once spotted, Dodkins accelerated to 60mph in a 30mph zone and mounted a kerb at a set of red lights.
