Citroen has put several Arsenal football players to the test with a series of parking challenges at the wheel of the new C4 Cactus – a city-savvy machine with rippled rubber 'Airbump' panels across its doors to protect it from parking dings.
To test out its new model's manouevrability the French car company teamed up with Arsenal first team players Danny Welbeck, Aaron Ramsey and Santi Cazorla – and lured them into a car driven by secret stunt driver – the aptly-named Annalese Ferrari – posing as a new women's team recruit, alongside Arsenal Ladies stars Alex Scott and Jordan Nobbs.
After the lads have shown off their parking skills on a specially set up course on a Hertfordshire airfield, the ladies nominate Ferrari to drive first. Rather than negotiating the course at walking pace, as the men did, Ferrari tears around the course at full speed with copious use of the handbrake and squeals from her shocked passengers.
