You'd think Daniel Sturridge would attract enough attention, particularly after his double at the Merseyside derby on Tuesday night contributed to Liverpool humiliating Everton 4-0.
But the Scouse striker was clearly enjoying the limelight as he showed off his brand new Ferrari 458 Italia in Liverpool city centre on Wednesday.
Finished in white, with a contrasting black roof and wheels and yellow calipers, the £200,000 car was certainly just the thing to turn heads.
Regarded as one of the world's finest modern supercars, the 458 Italia is powered by a 4.5-litre naturally aspirated V8 that develops 570bhp – enough to get it from 0-62mph in 3.4seconds and on to a top speed of 202mph.
The 24-year-old clearly has a passion for luxury cars, having previously been spotted in a range-topping Porsche Panamera saloon.
He also owns a slightly less upmarket Hyundai Santa Fe, gifted to him by Korean manufacturer due to his role as an ambassador at the firm.
Despite Liverpool's victory, it wasn't all plain sailing for Sturridge this week.
On top of missing a penalty, he was substituted before being able to finish his hat-trick – a decision which led to an angry pitch-side confrontation with Liverpool manager Brendan Rogers.
