Thug in flatbed truck rams brand new BMW X5 police vehicle

One superpower the police would no doubt like to be fitted out with is the ability to predict the future, but it seems West Midlands Police officers Dal Nijjar and Gareth Phillips already possess some kind of psychic prowess.

The two officers were called out to pursue disqualified driver Chad Harrison in their brand new high-spec BMW X5 vehicle as he raced along country lanes in a flatbed truck.
