Some sports stars wear lucky socks, others kiss a special piece of jewellery or, if you are Lewis Hamilton, you have your girlfriend and pet dog painted onto your helmet.
The Mercedes F1 racer has become so attached to his four-legged friend that he commissioned a special good luck mural to be sprayed on his helmet for the Grand Prix at Monaco this weekend.

Hamilton posted images of his new lid on Facebook, along with a plethora of shots that feature Roscoe on the golf course at Monaco and even in Lewis's F1 car.
The F1 ace revealed to The Sun that his pet pooch "snores all the time" and that he often sleeps on his bed in the evenings.
But turning his attention to the race this weekend he said: "I feel positive about this weekend. I'm re-energised."
