Uninsured 'dippy' crash mother walks free

An uninsured driver, who believed she could trick police by playing stupid after hitting another car, has been spared a jail sentence.

Belinda Moreton crashed her Renault Megane into a parked car while attempting to perform a three-point turn and initially fled the scene, before returning the next day to coerce the owner into not reporting the crash.
