The new 208 GTi hasn't even arrived yet, but Peugeot has already been busy creating a limited-run version of the new hot hatch.
Imaginatively badged the 'Limited Edition', just 29 will be offered for sale in the UK - one for every year since the 205 GTi arrived on our shores - and will come with individual numbering.
Complete with satin pearlescent white paint and 17-inch 'Carbon' black alloys, it certainly looks the part, and comes with integrated sat-nav and a DAB radio to keep gadget lovers happy.
The Limited Edition also gets a unique grille of its own, emblazoned with the Union Jack - something Peugeot says is representative of the importance of the GTi badge in this country.
At £20,495, it's slightly more expensive than what the standard hot hatch is rumoured to start from but, crucially, it's available to order now, and will be handed over to customers "ahead" of the standard model's launch in late May.
