Geneva Motor Show: Volvo V40

Despite using the 'V' denomination reserved for estates, the new Volvo V40 isn't quite a load lugger - it's a conventional five-door hatchback.

But it's a five-door hatchback that Volvo needed, because the company's other hatchback, the C30, is as practical as a pair of polystyrene scissors.
