SEAT has kindly lifted the drape on its new Toledo 'concept' car ahead of its Geneva Motor Show debut.
The image above shows the Toledo in its concept guise. However, if you use a little imagination and lose the big wheels we'll wager it's pretty close to the production version.
It will replace the last generation car, which was essentially an Altea with a boot awkwardly tacked onto the rear. Thankfully, the new Toledo looks less alien than its predecessor.
The new Toledo's style is an evolution of the Spanish brand's many electric concepts (the IBE, etc) and, like the new Ibiza, shows which way SEAT's look is going – a little more grown up, we'd say.
Inside you'll find a bright, airy cabin designed to be ergonomic and driver focussed. The concept comes with a light coloured interior to give an impression of premium quality. We'd hope the production version does the same, mind.
Practicality shouldn't be a worry for Toledo customers, either, as its boot boasts a pretty hefty 500-litres of space. Or, in layman's terms, 250 two-litre bottles of Coke. Honest. The rear seats fold to give extra space, and SEAT claims that with them folded there's almost as much room in there as you'd get from some estates. A bold claim.

Expect to see the production version hit showrooms later this year.
