The Nissan Qashqai has been voted 'Used Car of the Year' for the second time in a row.
The award was given by car valuation specialists CAP, praising the Qashqai for 'marrying the practicality of a people carrier with the looks of a quality 4x4.
The panel of judges said: "By achieving this in a package that also offers economy, handling, strong build quality and reliability the Qashqai has become the perfect used car for our time."
Launched in 2007, the Qashqai is a mainstay in bestselling car lists and was also voted 'Best Used Car 2011' last month by What Car? Magazine.
Used Qashqai models can now be bought for under £7000 and the British-built crossover is expected to be the popular choice for company car schemes when the new 1.6 litre engine with stop-start technology is released in January.
