According to the Finnish Transport Safety Agency (Trafi), an incredible 75,000 drivers have sufficient offences on their licences at the moment, that could equal a ban if they commit any other motoring violations.

In Finland, if a motorist commits four road offences within two years or three within a year, the police can suspend his or her driving licenses for between one to six months.
