Formula 1 world champion Sebastian Vettel has extended his contract with Red Bull for a further two years.
There had been rumours that both Mercedes and Ferrari were keen to sign Vettel but Red Bull was determined to keep hold of the 23-year-old German – and it looks like they've now got their man.
Red Bull team boss Christian Horner said that Vettel was "very comfortable" with the team.
"We started to talk about it earlier in the year and it came together quickly," he told the BBC. "It's good to have it done and tidied up prior to the beginning of the season – rumours had already started about other teams. We were keen to take away that distraction and concentrate on the racing."
Horner added that there were no break clauses or options in the contract, which is solid until the end of 2014 – all of which is great news for Red Bull fans!
