Koenigsegg has taken the wraps off its colossal new Agera R hypercar at the Geneva show.
The storming machine produces a Bugatti-rivalling 1100bhp and weights just 1418kg - about the same as a well-specced Ford Focus on the move - which is a quarter less than the Veyron Super Sport which currently holds the mantle of fastest production car in the world.
The new car is based on the Agera model revealed at last year's Geneva motor show, but costs £132,000 extra, tipping it into million pound territory - the super rich only need apply.
The inevitable mind-bending performance will come courtesy of a turbocharged 5.0-litre V8 engine with power sent to the road via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Koenigsegg hasn't released any performance figures for the new car, but the car is already on sale with individuals commissioning their own cars.
